Booking deposits & cancellation fees: All bookings with doctors (excluding complimentary consultations) require $200 deposit. It is not refundable after your appointment, but can be redeemed against treatment costs. If you do not have treatment, it will stay on your account as credit.

Cancellation, reschedules and no shows: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. This will be applied as either a forfeiting of your deposit, or a $200 card charge if you have not paid a deposit.
